The Placement Program fee structure consists of a one-time down payment of $4,999 (includes purchase of freezer, header and smoodi's Placement Fee). smoodi retains ownership of the smart blender and provides all-inclusive first party servicing for a fee of $90/ month - the annual amount can be paid upfront for a 20% discount.
